1. Milo Tiramisu

Ingredients:

  • Mascarpone cream:

1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream

⅓ cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

225g mascarpone cheese 

  • Milo mixture:

¼ cup Nestle Milo Drink

1 cup hot water

1 packet Ladyfinger biscuits

2 tbsp Milo powder Milk

2 tbsp cocoa powder

Steps:

  1. In a bowl, whisk cold heavy whipping cream and gradually add in sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. 
  2. Add softened mascarpone cheese into the cream and keep whisking until well-combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir Milo powder milk and hot water together. 
  4. Dip each Ladyfinger biscuit briefly into the Milo Nestle Drink.
  5. In another bowl, lightly stir two tablespoons each of Milo powder milk and cocoa powder together (use for dusting).
  6. In a cake pan, lay down a layer of dipped Ladyfingers, then top with half the mascarpone cream. 
  7. Using a fine sieve, dust a layer of the Milo Nestle drink and cocoa powder mix over the cream. Lay down another layer of Ladyfingers, smooth the remaining mascarpone cream over it, then.
  8. Finally, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

2. Milo Lava Cake

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp Nestle Milo powder
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

Steps:

  1. Combine the Milo powder/Millo chocolate powder with a tablespoon of hot water and stir until the Milo has dissolved in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, add egg and sugar, then whisk until the sugar dissolves. 
  3. Add in the flour, Milo mixture, and melted butter, then stir everything till it's combined.
  4. Lightly grease three small heat-safe cake molds, then evenly divide the batter into the molds.
  5. Fill a pot with some water and place a heating rack in the center till it boils. 
  6. Place the cake molds on the heating rack, and cover them loosely with a cloth for seven to eight minutes.
  7. Carefully remove the cakes, let them cool for a few minutes and then dust with Nestle Milo powder and enjoy them warm.

3. Milo Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 200g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 125g butter, cut in cubes
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup Milo powder milk
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ tsp salt

Step:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C, then line a square cake tin with parchment paper and leave it aside.
  2. Add dark chocolate and butter to a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 20-second intervals.
  3. Stirring until the mixture is completely melted and combined. Let it cool slightly.
  4. Add and whisk sugar and eggs until it combined. 
  5. Then sift in the flour, Milo powder, and salt then folds to combine everything.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin, and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

4. Milo Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup plain flour
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • 4 tablespoon of  Milo cocoa powder

Steps:

  1. Stir prima plain flour, farmhouse Uht fresh milk, SIS fine sugar, RedMan baking powder, eggs and Milo cocoa powder together in a large bowl.
  2. Spoon portions of mixed batter into a non-stick pan 
  3. Cook at medium heat until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancakes , then flip other side to cook and serve.

5. Milo Mug Cake

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp of self-raising flour
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp of white sugar
  • 3 tbsp of fresh milk
  • 4 tbsp of Milo powder
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • Nestle Milo ice cream (optional)

Step:

  1. Brush a microwave-safe bowl with Golden Circle Vegetable Oil

  3. Heat the mixture in a microwave oven for 3 minutes at a medium-high setting
