1. Are Salonpas Patches Safe?

Salonpas is used to treat aches and pains in the muscles and joints that range from mild to moderate. It's commonly used to treat arthritis, backaches, strains, and sprains. Moreover, it is only for those aged 18 and older.

The Salonpas Patch is safe for users since it can provide relief that first does no harm, unlike oral treatments that must travel through and treat areas that do not require medicine.

Despite the fact that Salonpas does not require a prescription, it's not entirely safe for everyone. You have to read the label before using it and have a conversation with your healthcare provider if you are confused. You should also be careful with your medical history since it shows these patches which are not suitable for you.

Please note that Salonpas can cause skin irritations like other topical medications. You should not use it on your face or over any rashes, wounds, or other skin damage. If you see any new skin irritations, please stop using the patch.

Do not use Salonpas without having a conversation with your healthcare provider if you have an allergy to aspirin, NSAIDs, or other topical products.

Salonpas pain relief is not used for anybody who:

+ Has heart surgery

+ Has a history of stomach bleeding

+ Suffer from diseases like high blood pressure and heart disease

+ Is pregnant or breastfeeding

+ Is under 18

If you have arthritis and need to manage inflammation but can't take or don't respond well to oral drugs, Salonpas may be a helpful alternative.

This Salonpas patch should only be applied to healthy skin. If your skin is injured or inflamed, don't apply it. When using Salonpas Patch, you should wash your hands well after each application. Keep this patch away from your eyes and mucous membranes (such as nose, mouth). If contact with the eyes by accident, immediately wash them with water and protect them until you feel normal again.

Used patches still contain some medication. However, do not reuse them. To avoid inadvertent eating or application, fold the used patch with the sticky sides together and throw it out of reach of children and pets

At the application, redness, swelling, blisters, or changes in skin color may occur. These side effects normally disappear in a few minutes or hours.

Remove the patch if irritation or a burning feeling occurs. Then do not reapply until the irritation is gone.

This Salonpas patch may be harmful if eaten or ingested. If you or your family have overdosed, immediately remove the patch. In serious symptoms such as passing out or trouble breathing, please call 911. They will help your situation.
