Growing rice is a long process that needs the meticulousness and patience of the farmers. Each stage in a plant the rice is so special and meaningful, but the most interesting time to visit the rice fields in Viet Nam may be the time for harvest. It is the time the rice is ripe and it turns a perfect yellow in the fields. Moreover, the tourists from many countries also said that they are interested in these significant and ravishing views in Viet Nam.

Sapa

Sapa is a hot destination for tourists in the north of Vietnam. When you set foot in here, you probably will love it at first sight because of the natural beauty of nature and local people. The two most beautiful colors that make up the Northwest brand are spring with flowers blooming and autumn when the rice fields are golden iridescent.

The rice fields in Sapa are so special. It is called the name of terrace fields. It is the steep feature, fertile soil thanks to it was created by weathered granite rock and mountain cliffs often stock water, local ethnic minority people can grow rice and establish terraced rice fields, one after another, from the foot to nearly the top of mountains.

The autumn in September and October is the ideal time for us to see the most interesting view of the terrace fields. During this time, you can feel that all the ripe rice fields are smooth as silk, running along with the mountains and the trees to make a harmonious picture of nature. The places in Sapa which have the most beautiful terrace fields voted by the tourists are Cat Cat village, Ta Van, Ta Phin.

Tam Coc, Ninh Binh

Ninh Binh is a famous place for traveling in Vietnam. It is about 100 kilometers from our capital, Ha Noi. In Ninh Binh, they are so famous for Bai Dinh temple, one of the biggest temples in Viet Nam. When you come here, the fresh nature is so good that it will make you forget all the concerns from busy work. Besides this place, Ninh Binh is worth being one of the most traveled places in Vietnam by the attractiveness of rice fields. In late September, the fields are still green with patches of golden color, making a picturesque view, mixed with imposing mountains and peaceful villages.

Bac Son Valley

Bac Son valley lies in a beautiful province in VietNam called Lang Son. From Ha Noi, it will take us about 6 hours to get to this place. Here is the cozy home to six ethnic groups including the Tay, Kinh, Dao, Nung, and H’Mong. This is mainly an agricultural place. Its flat surface, climate, and rich soil make Bac Son Valley ideal for planting rice and other crops. To see the pinnacle of Bac Son's beauty, you should come here from September to the last months of the year where the field is in the harvest. It will not make you disappointed in any scene.

Besides the north, there is a big Vietnamese rice field in the south that we are so proud of whenever we mention the Mekong Delta. It is considered the biggest granary in Viet Nam. Rice from Vietnam is mainly grown in this area by beloved and enthusiastic farmers. They are not only the farmers but also the producer's rice mill who takes care so carefully of the grown stage of rice by applying high technology . Thanks to their work, Vietnamese rice is well assessed in the global export market. Moreover, there is a very special thing that makes the Mekong Delta feel very interesting, that is the float markets where the local people sell and buy everything on the river. That is such a unique and impressive view that no country in the world could do that.
